Display your art in the Crighton Theatre lobby during the month of April 2025.  Family friendly art that goes with the theme of "Shakespeare" or "Love" is eligible.  Sold art must remain until the end of the exhibit.

Take-In is Sunday, March 30, 2025 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.     Deadline to register is 6:00pm on Friday, March 28.  This Exhibition will be on display in the Crighton Theatre lobby during the production of "Shakespeare In Love".

Art will need to be picked up on April 20th between 5:00pm and 7:00pm.

Waiver & Donation Agreement: By paying the registration fees, artist agrees to the following:  release CAL and its representatives from any and all claims of damage, theft of any artwork/item on exhibit at the gallery; has read and agreed to the guidelines set forth in the CAL gallery policies How to show in the Gallery (which includes artwork rules); entry up to 36" wide.  2D art is not to exceed 36 inches in width, 72 inches in height, and maximum weight is 30 pounds.  3D art is not to exceed 30 inches in depth by 30 inches wide and 48 inches high and maximum weight is 40 lbs.  3D art must fit on shelves provided by the Creighton.  Artist agrees that CAL will receive a donation for each piece sold during its exhibition in the theatre at 20% of the purchase price. Artist will be paid for sold piece(s) within two (2) weeks after the exhibit closes, less the 20% donation amount. CAL will collect sales tax on all sales in the Gallery.  Please Note:  CAL is required to file with the IRS an information return (1099) for each person to whom CAL pays during the tax year at least $600 in sales proceeds and/or prizes and awards.  CAL reserves the right to withhold payment of such amounts unless the recipient provides the required taxpayer identification information through a completed W-9.

Artist agrees to follow and adhere to all CAL guidelines, procedures, and By-Laws.  Failure to do so may result in removal of membership.

Any unclaimed artwork/item left after the exhibit take-out date will be removed from the exhibition site and donated/disposed of IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS.

There shall be no soliciting, fundraising, or promoting any organization or group other than CAL or organizations or groups that CAL is a member of.
