| Make a donation to CAL and win this beautiful original oil panting created by Hai-Dang Do. Hai_Dang Do is a Vietnamese-American artist based in Conroe, TX. His works have been recognized both nationally and internationally and is shown in museums and galleries across the United States For each $10 donation one ticket will be entered into the raffle. The winning ticket will be drawn on January 10th at the general meeting. You do not have to be present to win. Support the arts and win a beautiful piece of art. | The Conroe Art League has closed submissions for the CAL International 2026, running March 3-28, 2026 at the historic Madeley Fine Art Gallery in the Cultural Arts District of downtown Conroe, TX. Juried by Houston-based, multidisciplinary artist Teresa L. Staley, the show offers $5,500 in cash prizes and the chance to exhibit in a vibrant cultural hub known for supporting and celebrating the arts. Awards reception will be held on March 21, 2026. |
| The first Friday of every month the gallery is open until 7:00pm to host Artist In Action Sip N Shop. Visit the gallery to see artists at work. Every month brings different artists with different mediums so you may see painting, sculpting, drawing, ceramics, photography, or any number of other mediums. This is a free event open to the public. |

Conroe Art League awarded more than $13,000 at the Student Awards Show on Saturday, May 10th, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 PM. As many as eighteen monetary awards were awarded in the show category. In addition to the open show, there was a $500 award for the Adrianne Gerlach Memorial Art Scholarship for Best Western/Wildlife and an award in the amount of $300 for the Sherry Wagner Memorial Award for the theme Forever Cats. |
