Only member events and events for non-profit organizations may be booked through CAL. A CAL member must be present for the entire event and work as docent during the event. Set up, supplies and clean up are to be done and provided by the nonprofit organization. or the member who has contracted the event (Renter/Lessee). CAL asks for a donation of $150 to cover utilities and costs.
If you are not a nonprofit and the event is not art related you must go through the City of Conroe to book the Gallery. Upon approval of the event, the City will contact the Gallery Manager to schedule and have the event put on the CAL calendar. The city sets the fee and a security guard will need to be present.
