Drop off/Pick up artwork inside the gallery. Please have the following when you come:
- Confirmation of registration
- Docent sign up confirmation
- Check (if paying by check). If you are paying by check, please have the check already made out to Conroe Art League in the correct amount.
Take-In is Monday, from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Deadline to register is 6:00pm on Sunday, June 2nd. This Exhibition will be on display in the CAL gallery throughout the month.
Waiver & Donation Agreement: By paying the registration fees, artist agrees to the following: release CAL and its representatives from any and all claims of damage, theft of any artwork/item on exhibit at the gallery; has read and agreed to the guidelines set forth in the CAL gallery policies How to show in the Gallery Artist agrees that CAL will receive a donation for each piece sold during its exhibition in the Gallery at 20% of the purchase price. Artist will be paid for sold piece(s) within two (2) weeks after the exhibit closes, less the 20% donation amount. CAL will collect sales tax on all sales in the Gallery.
Artist agrees to follow and adhere to all CAL guidelines, procedures, and By-Laws. Failure to do so may result in removal of membership.
Any unclaimed artwork/item left after the exhibit take-out date will be removed from the exhibition site and donated/disposed of IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS.
There shall be no soliciting, fundraising, or promoting any organization or group other than CAL or organizations or groups that CAL is a member of.
