Drop off/Pick up sculpture in the courtyard.  Please bring the following when you deliver your sculpture:

1. Confirmation of registration
   
2. Docent sign up confirmation 

This Exhibition will be on display in the CAL courtyard for approximately three months.

Waiver & Donation Agreement: Artist agrees to the following:  release CAL and its representatives from any and all claims of damage, theft of any artwork/item on exhibit at the gallery; has read and agreed to the guidelines set forth in the CAL gallery policies How to show in the Gallery (which includes artwork rules); sculptures must be at least 24" tall and fit into a 4' x 4' pad.    Artist agrees that CAL will receive a donation for each piece sold during its exhibition in the Gallery at 20% of the purchase price. Artist will be paid for sold piece(s) within two (2) weeks after the exhibit closes, less the 20% donation amount. CAL will collect sales tax on all sales in the Gallery.

Artist agrees to follow and adhere to all CAL guidelines, procedures, and By-Laws.  Failure to do so may result in removal of membership.

Any unclaimed artwork/item left after the exhibit take-out date will be removed from the exhibition site and donated/disposed of IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS.

There shall be no soliciting, fundraising, or promoting any organization or group other than CAL or organizations or groups that CAL is a member of.
