Drop off/Pick up artwork inside the gallery. Please have the following attached to the back of your artwork when you come:
- Confirmation of registration
- Docent sign up confirmation

ONE DOCENT SHIFT PER 3 PIECES OF AFFORDABLE ART WILL BE SERVED IN FEBRUARY OR MARCH 2021
ARTIST MAY REPLACE SOLD PIECES FOR NO ADDITIONAL DOCENT SHIFTS
ARTISTS DO NOT PAY A FEE FOR SHOWING ARTWORK
Take-In is Monday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, and Tuesday, from 10:30am to 12:00pm. This Exhibition will be on display in the CAL gallery throughout the month.
Waiver & Donation Agreement: By registering, artist agrees to the following: release CAL and its representatives from any and all claims of damage, theft of any artwork/item on exhibit at the gallery; has read and agreed to the guidelines Artist agrees that CAL will receive a donation for each piece sold during its exhibition in the Gallery at 20% of the purchase price. Artist will be paid for sold piece(s) within two (2) weeks after the exhibit closes, less the 20% donation amount. CAL will collect sales tax on all sales in the Gallery.
Any unclaimed artwork/item left after the exhibit take-out date will be removed from the exhibition site and donated/disposed of IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS.
