A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
|
Dear Conroe Art League Members, I can hardly believe it’s December again. It slipped up on me this year, but it always does. Another thing that has surprised me is that I am only a few months away from ending my two year term as your Conroe Art League President. This is my second Christmas Season letter to you and as I write I am reminded of how wonderful it is to be a part of the Conroe Art League and to know so many of you personally. We all are blessed by the artistic tie that holds us together and every time I come into the Gallery I am awed by the beauty of the work we are creating. I am also reminded of how fortunate we are to have such an excellent space to create, share and learn together as artists. We have so much to be grateful for.
I hope you all will enjoy your Holiday Season and volunteer to help CAL in the months to come. There are a lot of new and exciting things lined up for next year and our membership is growing and growing. There is a place for everyone.
LET’S BE EVEN BETTER IN 2024!
Blessings,
Pam Markham
Conroe Art League, President

The Madeley Fine Art Gallery is a sponsor of the Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival held on April 12, 13 and 14, 2024. Having a presence at the festival will allow us to showcase details about what we have to offer the surrounding communities. We will be looking for volunteers to cover shifts working in the tent giving out information about CAL and the gallery. Those interested should contact the Gallery Manager. The Madeley Fine Art Gallery section of our website has been updated to focus on the original member art for sale. Check out the new look here.
