Deadline for turning in your artwork entries
Cut-off deadline for entry is September 5. Regular paid members of any LSAG league are invited to enter this show. The fee is $15 (non-refundable) for each piece. Your artwork must be ready to hang at Take-In. Please review the Framing & Hanging & Artwork rules below. No exceptions. If your piece is over 36 inches, you must bring your own easel. 48 inches is the maximum size for art entries. No wet art is allowed. Please click below for more important information.

CAL encourages all students under 18 to enter as well, and Students’ fees are waived. Mats and/or frames for students' art are not required, but they look nice and are appreciated.
LSAG does not allow copies of any artwork. Please review the LSAG Juried Exhibit Rules below.

The judge is Daniel Brents, who has lived and worked in Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, as well as most regions of the United States. Following a career as an architect and urban planner, he studied at the Museum of Fine Arts/Houston’s Glassell School of Art for several years. Awards will be announced
Cash Awards or Gift Cards will be given to Best of Show, Best Floral, Best Landscape. The "Best of" pieces will be selected by the Judge from the First Place Ribbon winners. Cash Awards or Gift Cards will also be given to Best High School, Best Middle School, and Best Elementary.
1:00 PM Show Open for Public Viewing
3:30 PM SHOW IS CLOSED. ARTISTS MUST REMOVE THEIR ARTWORK.
CAL's hanging team cannot pick up your art for you and we cannot store it. If you can't pick it up yourself, please arrange for someone else to pick it up at 3:30 PM.
